Recoils spoil my day,
when I get home
avoided it long enough, but it still boils down to disgust,
I snap in and out of it, in the end it's always a drug,
an instant paralysis, when I see the face I mistrust.

Sunlight kissed the August skies, and drenched my body with vitality,
But I would rather be inside curtains closed and covers over me.

The mirror is an enemy that I can't quite win around,
I walking past the backlit window my eyes are always trained to the ground.
If I were a vampire ,then wouldn't have to deal with this thing,
I'm already half way there , can't you see that I 've got the grin?
